Nike’s got a surprise #LeBronWatch release for his biggest fans today as the famed “Diamond Turf” edition appears in the original red colorway. As one of LeBron’s favorite sneakers from his childhood, the Diamond Turf has enjoyed a second life as one of the more popular retro offerings from the brand, but it’s this transformative blend with the LeBron 15 that really gives it new life. This limited edition red version is available now on Nike SNKRS App via a Draw until 2:23 PM ET.
Just because the NBA is taking a break does not mean that the Nike LeBron 15 is doing the same. This is also true for the Nike LeBron Watch program which sees the LeBron 15 get covered in iconic colorways of Nike’s storied past. Today Nike surprised us all by releasing the Nike LeBron 15 Red Diamond Turf which if you remember LeBron debuted way back in April.
The Nike LeBron 15 Diamond Turf that pays tribute to Deion Sanders’ Diamond Turf trainer, already made its debut and recently LeBron James just confirmed that an alternate red pair will be dropping this summer. LeBron James wore the style on-court and the sneaker is basically covered in a red and black theme. The sneaker’s battleknit upper is detailed with the shoe’s signature mid-foot strap and Diamond Turf logo. A black midsole and white outsole finally complete the design altogether.
Believed to be a collaboration wit Kith, this LeBron 15 features a white Flyknit/Battleknit upper with an embroidered floral print in gold, green, and red wrapping around the entire shoe. Additional details include a gold zipper running from the toe up to the tongue which reads “LONG LIVE THE KING” when zipped-down.
This Nike LeBron 15 features a White-based upper covered in Floral embroidery atop a matching White rubber sole. The shoe also included Gold zippers down the middle of the tongue that comes constructed in the BattleKnit and BattleMax technology.
While LeBron James will be walking the runway tonight for the KITH x Nike Collection, you can expect these or possible another iteration of the LeBron 15 to be spotted tonight.Take a look at the preview photos of this design below and stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for more updates as they develop.
Discussions regarding LeBron James’ fifteenth signature shoe with Nike grow louder and louder as we near the shoe’s late-October release. The shouts waver in both directions, in favor of and opposed to. The latter, of course, is already turning towards the former, given closer looks at the most intriguing style yet – the Nike LeBron 15 “Floral.”
First seen on James himself during a modeling sesh in the Kith Sport New York Fashion Week presentation, this iteration features zipped construction that essentially splits the shoe in two. Basking in gold, both the zippers and the track in which they set course, juxtaposition comes at the hands of embroidered floral print layered on each side of the aforementioned midsection break. When unzipped the centermost point of the shoe reads “Long Live The King,” an ode to James’ long tenured and royal moniker.
Nike LeBron 15 Ashes is set to kick off LeBron James’ 15th signature shoe scheduled to release at the end of October. Dubbed, “Ashes” this Nike LeBron 15 comes with flame logos on the inner tongues.Designed by Jason Petrie, the Nike LeBron 15 comes constructed with a Flyknit upper that provides strategic stretch, a locked-in fit and durability. Underfoot is a fully articulated cushioning system that combines Max Air and Zoom Air units, while a full-bootie construction offers a secure, one-to-one fit.
Nike LeBron 15 known as Ashes is highlighted in a Black and White color combination. Using a mixture of the two shades across the uppers, we have Flyknit. In addition we have a Max Air and Zoom Air units and a full bootie construction. Black lands on the liner, laces, and the three heel loops while White covers the midsole with a speckled overlay. Finishing the look is a flame logo on the inside of the tongue.
LeBron James is already calling the Nike LeBron 15 his favorite signature shoe ever, and the season hasn’t even begun yet. If that’s not enough to get you interested in the most advanced LeBron model ever with a new evolution of Flyknit and a new hybrid of Zoom Air and Air Max cushioning, we’re not sure what will. For those that are indeed hyped, feast your eyes on an official and detailed look at the debut “Ashes” colorway, featuring a heathered black and white upper, speckled white midsole, and black leather details.

Tuesday is a day when Lakers Nation can finally start to visualize what LeBron James will look like in a Lakers uniform.
The team officially unveiled their new skew of jerseys on Tuesday, which also coincided with a leak of the first images of LeBron’s new signature shoe, the LeBron 16, via Bleacher Report. The leaked images were, of course, Lakers colors.
Nike did a lot of different things last year with LeBron’s signature shoes, including the LeBron Watch campaign, which sold shoes James was wearing in real time on the court.
At first glance, the LeBron 16 has a little bit of a different texture on the upper from the Battleknit the 15s had. The heel also appears to be a little different with what looks to be LeBron’s lion logo etched on the back rather than the big Nike swooshes on the previous version.
There’s been no official release date set publicly, but LeBron’s latest signature shoe is set for a fall release.
Nike Basketball and LeBron James will soon unveil his next signature shoe, the Nike LeBron 16. James will wear this model during the 2018-2019 NBA season while playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Before the unveiling, we have a first look at the Nike LeBron 16 which comes dressed in a Black, Gold and White color combination. Constructed with a Flyknit upper while a small Nike Swoosh logo on the heel which also features a debossed lion crest logo. Other details includes the LJ crown logo on the tongue and a visible Zoom Max Air unit which was taken from the Nike LeBron 15.
Nike LeBron 16 Release Date
